WITPOORT — Cynthia Mokoena (38) and April Moremi (20) from Villa Nora, were each charged with five-years imprisonment in Lephalale’s Regional Court on Friday.
W.O. Frans Mokoena, Lephalale SAPS spokesperson, says Cynthia was arrested for neglecting her seven children. Investigations on this case started in 2014.
Moremi was arrested and charged for theft.
