SAPS Hoopdal Woman’s Network visited the Skierlik community in December 2018 and five families received nutritious food parcels.
This act of love and humanity was led by Warrant Officer Fambe who said: “Let’s love others the way we love ourselves”.
“We must remember that we are on a special assignment, a specific mission. We must be police officers not only by the ranks we possess but by the difference that we make on a daily basis and the festive season is about love and charity. Let’s live our lives not only for the sake of living but to leave a mark and platform for other people to learn from,” he concluded.
Amongst those present were CPF Chairperson Mr Mashangu and FurnMart Manager Mr Kekana.
