LEPHALALE — Two Mozambican citizens illegally entered a house in the Camelot residential area during the night on Thursday 11 August.
According to Warrant Officer Frans Mokoena, Lephalale Police spokesperson, the suspects broke the door of the house with an unknown object and stole a plasma TV, one laptop, two computer screens and computer wires.
One of the employees on the premises heard the noise and made alarm.
Both suspects ran away with the stolen property still in their possession, but Lephalale K9 Unit followed their tracks and found them asleep. W.O Mokoena said the stolen property was later found by Molalatau Security who also assisted the police in their search.
The suspects, Manuel Ubise and Raimto Mayisa, were arrested and a case of house breaking and theft was opened per CAS 175/08/2016.
