WITPOORT — Nku Primary School did Lephalale proud in the Grade 3 Creative Writing Competition.
Sophia Abbigail Chepape and Amokelani Grace Baloyi (grade 3) from Nku Primary school in Mmaletswai Village, are very proud after Grace recently won the Creative Writing Competition at Provincial level.
Grace took part in the Creative writing competition at circuit level at the Palala Circuit Office on 18 August and came third. The competition proceeded to Cluster level whereby Palala South and North and Ellisras circuit was combined. Grace obtained second place.
On 1 September she competed at Lephalale Primary School at district level where she obtained first place.
According to her teacher, Sophia, Palala circuit and Waterberg district were excellently presented by Nku Primary.
Sophia says she was overwhelmed by the great achievements. The school principal, Mr JS Chisulu says he has a lot of appreciation for both Sophia and Grace’s effort and this should be an encouragement and motivational factor to schools around Lephalale.
