LEPHALALE — An inquest case was opened at Lephalale SAPS after an incident at Mofapo single house in Marapong where a man allegedly hung himself.
According to Warrant Officer Frans Mokoena, Lephalale Cluster spokesperson, Jonas Seloto, the foreman of the deceased Daniel Tsukudu, alleges that he left his workplace together with Tsukudu on Monday 6 May around 01:15 and everything was in order when they left.
Later on, Seloto received information that Tsukudu hanged himself. Police and other role players were summoned to the scene, and the investigation continues.
Another inquest case was opened at Villa Nora SAPS when the 77-year-old Rakhabo Frank Molantoa was declared dead when he collapsed without any apparent reason.
According to WO Mokoena, it is alleged that Molantoa was opening the gate at his new stand in Ga Rapadi Village on Wednesday 8 May around 09:05 when he collapsed.
Emergency services, Police and other role players were summoned to the scene, and he was certified dead.
The investigation continues.
