Local singer’s first CD

MARAPONG — Sipho Nkosi (27), a Marapong resident, says all he wanted to do since he was a child, was to make music and to sing. He was a learner at Phegelelo Secondary School in Marapong.
Nkosi says he was reborn in 2006 after which he started to sing to praise the Lord. His friends and family asked him why he did not record his singing. The result is his first ever CD, “He is a King”, which was recorded two months ago.
“It is a gospel CD and mostly a testimony of my life journey,” Nkosi says.
The CD is evidence of what he has been doing for as long as he can remember – singing. Nkosi says he was always a member of the school choir and he sang in church and still does.
He has been a Mechanical Engineering student at Lephalale TVET College for the past six years and is still studying; he thinks now is the best time to get his music career going.
Nkosi’s CD can be bought for R100 per CD. Contact him at 071 234 1168 for more information.
