SELEKA — On Friday 16 October, the Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies, Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams, visited the Seleka area. Her visit was part of an oversight visit to Lephalale following the launch of the District Development Model by President Cyril Ramaphosa in 2019.
She donated televisions and set-top boxes to two households. She then went to the Tribal office where she officially launched the new post office. The post office offers more services to the community.
These services include post bank and third-party services ranging from municipal water and electricity payments, renewal of driver’s licenses and license applications.
She concluded her program by handing over certificates to 26 SMMEs who completed a cell phone repair course.
Ndabeni-Abrahams was accompanied by Limpopo MEC for Sports, Arts and Culture, Thandi Moraka, Lephalale Municipality acting Mayor Cllr Alpheus Thulare, and other stakeholders.
