LEPHALALE — A protected strike has been held by workers of Nylstene (T/A Mokolo Clay Bricks) at the heavy industrial area from Friday 18 March. A settlement was reached with NUM (National Union of Mineworkers) for the workers to be back in their work place on 18 April.
Jan Esterhuizen from Nylstene thanks Lephalale Police as well as members of the community policing forum (CPF) for their assistance and help during this period as well as NUM for the problem being amicably resolved.
Please note that everything at Nylstene is back to normal and they have been open for trade as from Monday 18 April.
