LEPHALALE — Col Ramakgoakgoa, Station Commander of Lephalale SAPS, attended the CPF meeting on Thursday 19 July and gave feedback on what to do when reporting a case. “If you report a case at Lephalale SAPS, make sure you have the name of the person that answered the phone and note as much information as possible.
“If you don’t get reacted to within an hour, call again. If you don’t get enough feedback from the detective or investigation officer if you are inquiring about a case that you reported, you can call the Detective Commander, Captain Hlungwani at 082 565 7968.
“We always have a shortage of staff, but I think Lephalale Police Station manages to complete the daily tasks,” said Col Ramakgoakgoa.
