Students fees sorted

LEPHALALE — Students from around the Lephalale Municipality area have received bursaries for their higher education.
JN Kgomo from Bangalong and Albertina Radipere from Sefihligo are both studying Mechanical Engineering while SM Khumalo from Kiti is studying Chemical Engineering at Lephalale TVET College. KS Tapala from Steve Biko is doing first year Civil Engineering at VUT, TD Lebogo from Marapong is studying Engineering Science at TUT and Samuel Seanego from Shongoane is doing third year Soil Science at UL.
The bursary pays for tuition fees, books, accommodation and food until the completion of the studies.
Giving words of encouragements to the learners Lephalale Municipal Manager, Edith Tukakgomo said that the learners need to go out there, focus on their education and make Lephalale proud.
University students get R60 000 and TVET College students will get R12 000 per year provided they meet certain requirements.
