LEPHALALE — It is just what the doctor ordered. The long awaited for Aloe Day Spa at the Palm Park Hotel finally opened its doors on Wednesday 1st March with owner Arona Rossouw, cutting the ceremonial ribbon.
About 200 interested, curious and specially invited guests arrived at the grand occasion from 17:00 onwards to enjoy the snacks and sip on champagne. Guests were also able to have photographs taken in memory of a special evening.
Chris Booysen, manager of the Palm Park hotel, wished Arona Rossouw all the best with her stunning project that is a great asset for the residents of Lephalale. He added that it was also a great asset for the hotel and on behalf of the hotel wished her all the best with the future of the spa.
Ulizné Kitching-Nel, manager of the spa, introduced herself and five trained therapists to the guests and gave her assurance that they will all strive to deliver first rate service.
Tanya from Spalicious told how Arona had approached them after making the decision to open the Aloe Day Spa in Lephalale. “Arona visits many spa’s during her trips to the city and said she wanted to combine all the good experiences she has had to bring something “different” to Lephalale. And that is exactly what she has done” she said.
Spa consultants supported the Aloe Day Spa in all aspects, from streamlining the day to day running of the spa to putting together the right menu of products. The wonderful prices and promotions that were offered during the opening evening had the guests very excited and the reception area was continually full of guests interested in the range of products and other offerings.
The guests, in groups of six, were taken through the spa by therapists who introduced them to the wonderful facilities and answered any questions.
Mogol Post chatted to Arona Rossouw after the successful opening. She assures that every client will receive optimal treatment at her spa. She also thanks the community for their support and says a special thank you to each person that came to the opening evening – “it was very special to have all of you here” she said.
Arona also emphasised that her therapists are professional and well trained and that they received additional training in order to work with the spa’s products.
