5 more for 50 club — 3 Juniors for 10 club

LEPHALALE — On Saturday 20 February 2016 five more parkrunners joined the Mogol parkrun 50-club. They now have 20 members in the 50 club, 11 male and 9 female.
Solomon Moruni can brag with the second fastest time of 16:30 for the Mogol parkrun, the second best time in his age category. He is a regular winner of the parkrun. Jan Pretorius has a personal best time of 38:41, which is the 4th best time at the Mogol parkrun for his age category. Solly Solomon has a personal best time of 37:22, the 5th best time at Mogol parkrun for his age category.
Marietjie Thomas has a personal best time of 44:27 and Helen Gerber of 51:24. All these parkrunners are really an example of determination for every one at Mogol parkrun and an example that parkrun can be enjoyed by all age groups.
All these new members have completed all 50 their parkruns at Mogol parkrun.

Janco Sparks (junior men under 10) completed his 10th parkrun on Saturday 20 February and he received his certificate. Janko’s family are regular parkrunners and he, his mom and dad and his brother compete every Saturday so see which one of them can improve his/her own personal best time. Janko’s personal best time is 41:22.
Another 2 young ladies also joined the Mogol parkrun 10 club. Gopolang Mokgotu (Junior woman 11-14) has a personal best time of 33:40. Linah Mosima runs in the same age category and has a personal best time of 42:58. Both these ladies’ families are also keen parkrunners and Gopolang’s dad, Abner will be doing his 50th parkrun this coming Saturday.
